Beginning as a part time residential division of Sauder Real Estate in 1990, the company has grown to include 6 agents, changed from being part of Sauder Real Estate, to being a separate entity. I am a strong believer in the stability that is garnered from raising children in a small town environment. My own children were raised in Roanoke, and my five (ages 3 and under) grandchildren are also enjoying the many advantages of growing up in a community where people know and care about each other. The Roanoke school system is excellent ~ with a good portion of our students succeeding in area universities once they graduate from Roanoke-Benson High School. I have thoroughly enjoyed my work as a realtor during the past 16 years. Somtimes I have had to stop and say "this is work." I have particularly enjoyed working with numerous first time buyers in helping them find a house that meets their needs. I am currently managing the office and acting as a consultant to my fellow realtors, while taking advantage of the opportunity to spend time with my grandchildren.
